How long are your contracts?

All QuickNear account plans are month to month. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. This is handled in your site manager.

What is meant by unlimited?

Certain QuickNear packages do not have resource limits for normal usage. As per our Terms of Service, sites can not exist for the sole purpose of file sharing. Further, files uploaded to QuickNear can currently be a maximum of 20MB in size.

Can I buy NFC merchandise For my campaigns?

Yes, we offer NFC tags, smart posters and more from our Campaign Store Everything you need is right here, all in one place.

Do you offer white label service? Can we co-brand the interface?

Yes. We do offer white-label implementations for Professional customers. Contact Us for more information on our services. We've used this at QuickNear for years with great success, and highly recommend you set this up as well. Google Apps comes with an excellent spam filter, mailing lists, and more.

Can I download QuickNear?

No. QuickNear is a hosted web service. We do not have plans to make a downloadable version, partially because our unique hosting architecture is such a strong point of our service. QuickNear provides many standard methods for exporting your data should you need to move.

How do I sign up?

You start with a free trial! We don't collect your credit card until your trial is over and you're ready to sign up. You can upgrade from your trial to a paid account in the Billing Details area of your dashboard manager once you determine there's a fit.

How do I cancel service?

Right next to the button you used to sign up. Canceling QuickNear is an instantaneous and no questions asked process. It's done online right from your site manager.

Why isn't QuickNear free?

QuickNear provides a premium, time saving service and charges for it. We believe in a direct and honest relationship with our customers. Because we charge for our service and have a stable business model, we don't need to make decisions later on that would compromise our integrity in order to make money from our customers.
